Executive Administrative Assistant

This is a terrific opportunity to work for a well established financial services company located in Santa Barbara.  You will play a key role in our client's organization assisting with client relations and supporting internal executive members of the organization.  This is a highly visible position in which you which you perform administrative functions including client correspondence, documentation organization, financial statements preparation, scheduling appointments and meetings and preparing presentations. You will also be involved in annual key programs and projects, supporting internal and external firm initiatives, and representing the firm in community events and activities.  The qualified candidate will be well versed in MS Office products, possess great communication skills, and have a pleasant and upbeat personality. You need 2-4 years administrative assistant experience in a professional setting. This is a direct hire immediate position.
