Exciting Start-Up seeking an experience AP/AR Accountant!

Exciting start-up company located on the Peninsula is currently seeking an experienced AR/AP Accountant to add to their expanding team.  Our client will look at temp-perm and direct hire candidates.  Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting a plus 5+ years of relevant work experience Intermediate Excel Navision a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Responsibilities: Maintain financial books in accordance with GAAP & company policies Perform A/P coding and input Manage vendor relations Expense reimbursement Prepare monthly journal entries for input into the General Ledger Assist in Month-end Close Reconcile AP aging and vendor account statement on a timely manner Assist in increasing vendor credit limit Ensure accuracy of timely posting of AP invoices processed Assist AR cash application Manage office equipment lease and rental Process PayPal charges and payments Other duties as requiredPlease submit candidates to: bsrisongfa@accountantsinc.com   Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
