Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  SW-47082-525268 Location:  WA 98101 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee   Position Responsibilities:   Supervise bookkeepers and streamline work flow Develop uniform procedures for client work Develop departmental processes and procedures Work with Director to improve support to  management Develop a list of outsourced professionals Prepare quarterly tax filings Prepare trial balances  Prepare fixed asset and depreciation schedules Trouble shoot recordkeeping errors and make corrections/adjustments Compile monthly, quarterly and annual business reports Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports (familiarity with payroll services and reports) Perform month end accounting assistance (i.e. posting monthly accrual transactions)   Position Requirements:   8-10 years work experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience managing people – ability to develop a team Knowledge of Quickbooks, Quickbooks Pro, Quicken, Peachtree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn other software programs as needed Must be able to interact and communicate in a professional manner Ability to teach and train bookkeeping skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to meet set deadlines Excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Positive outlook  Salary/Pay Rate: $75k midpoint About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
