Job Duties & Requirements:• Accounting Principals provides temporary, permanent placement, and high end consulting services. In this position you are able to work on all 3 types of these placements. • Sourcing, recruiting, marketing, conducting interviews and client visits will be part of your regular business day.• Taking clients and candidates to lunches is also supported in this role. • Participate in training from tenured executives. • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills. • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, associates, and internal colleagues and management. • Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals. • Must be computer literate and have basic skills with at least one word processing and one spreadsheet software. Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience a + but not required: • Previous sales experience. • Staffing experience. • Client expansion experience. • Ability to work with minimum supervision. • Effective communication skills. • Computer skills.
