Director of Finance & AccountingHigh-Tech Start UpSan Francisco, CA$150,000 + bonusYou’ll be working with a hand-picked team of professionals managed by executives that are experienced, work hard and play hard.  This is an opportunity to join a stellar startup team in one of the fastest growing segments of the High-Tech Industry backed by a top tier investor.Job Description:·  Prepare financial statements including: Cash flow statements, Balance Sheet, Statement of Activities, P&L reports·  Management of all corporate expenditures, such as payroll, employee benefits and expenses, capital purchases, operational expenses etc.·  Develop and enforce controls and systems, approvals processes and regular reviews and reconciliation of all accounting functions·  Prepare the annual budget, lead monthly budget/actual reviews with budget managers·  Prepare forecasts, report variances and diagnose potential risks and create a financial dashboard for executives and management team·  Develop and manage pro forma projections of financials, including headcount, operational and capital expenditures and revenue modeling in collaboration with all the departments·  Ensure accuracy of compliance with accounting policies and proceduresQualifications:·  5-10 years experience in all aspects of accounting and financial projections and management·  Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Business, or an equivalent field·  Proficient knowledge of financial tools, problem solving, presentation and analytical skills, and leadership to provide financial reporting and guidance to management and investors is requiredPlease email your resume directly to kate.dwyer@parkerlynch.com Company: Parker and Lynch Status: Full Time, Employee Location: San Francisco, CA 94104 Salary: USD 150,000.00 /year Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Career Level: Executive (SVP, VP, Department Head, etc) Work Experience: 7+ to 10 Years Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
