Director of Brokerage Operations

Prudential Colorado Real Estate is experiencing exceptional growth and we have an immediate opening for a Director of Brokerage Operations. This position will be responsible for:

- Supervising the transaction/commission processing work flow
- Managing Transaction Processors and under-contract processing staff
- Establishing and maintaining efficient and effective internal control processes
- Overall responsibility for the data integrity of the Company's back office system
- Working directly with software vendor / software host to ensure system meets needs of the Company
- Acting as liaison to e-referral, relocation, REO, mentor/coaching and other corporate sponsored programs as they relate to transaction and commission processing
- Assisting Managing Broker with agent commission conflict resolution
- Approving escrow disbursement releases
- Acting as liaison to Finance Department to resolve accounting issues regarding commission processing

- Supervising Agent Billing Process
- Ensuring accuracy of monthly billing to agents
- Researching and resolving agent billing disputes

- Regulatory and Franchisee Compliance
- Compliance of garnishments, support orders and tax levy's
- 1099 Reporting (Agent Commissions)
- Verification of agent employment
- Royalty Fee Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement and other company policies and procedures
- Oversee compliance with state statutes regarding recordkeeping and file maintenance

Qualified candidates should have:

- An active or expired real estate license
- Experience with franchise accounting and reporting
- Accounting and/or commissions calculating experience
- Self-motivation, great attention to detail and superior communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
- Superior Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
- Broker 12 (or similar software program)
