Credit Manager

Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Credit Manager The Credit Manager is responsible for oversight of all credit department operations including credit approval decisions on new and existing accounts via credit investigations, and all accounts receivable collection processes, staff and operations. This is a customer-focused position that reports to the Director of Client Financial Services and works closely with field management to minimize financial risk and maximize company profitability.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Evaluate and maintain company credit and collection policies, practices and procedures. Analyze requests for credit, plan investigations to be performed, and develop appropriate action plans. Develop and maintain collection strategies to maximize customer payments in order to reduce DSO. Monitor market changes and periodically alter credit approval decisions accordingly. Prepares various financial and analytical reports Research industry trends and continually work to enhance knowledge of company operations.
