Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for setting up new accounts and assisting Credit and Finance Personnel in administrative duties. Additional tasks include:Process new account applications, run credit reports, and update computer files in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley guidelines. Back up for the Cashier and the Finance Clerk Analysis of exception reports for Sales and Purchasing in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley guidelines. Assist Contract Compliance staff with product coding and vendor reporting. Filing/Scanning of documents Assist Credit/Finance with special projects.
Experience Required (Minimum Needed):1-2 years Finance/Credit Experience Preferred High School Diploma Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills a Must Strong Organizational Skills, Time Management Skills, as well as Strong Computer Skills Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills Must be able to Multi-Task and be Flexible
