Corporate Tax Manager

They are seeking a Tax Manager who will be responsible for preparation of tax research, preparation & review of various International, Federal, State & local tax compliance reporting, tax financial reporting, involvement in the on-going monitoring of internal controls related to the tax department functions and various other tax department functions.  This position will also have some involvement in tax planning and related strategies. RELOCATIONBecause this position is critical to the organization and because we offer a very solid relocation package, qualified audit professionals willing to relocate to Wisconsin are strongly encouraged to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Tax research • Preparation/review of Federal, state, and local income tax returns • Preparation/review of Federal information returns for foreign legal entities  • Preparation/review of Sales and use tax returns • Preparation/review of Foreign tax credit calculations • Preparation/review of Federal tax basis calculations for foreign and domestic legal entities • Preparation/review of Quarterly income tax provision calculations for foreign and domestic legal entities. THE BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:-A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a CPA or MST/MBA-A minimum of 8 years of corporate or public accounting experience in taxation including at least 3 years with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.-Have strong technical, problem solving and analytical skills in addition to excellent interpersonal and communications skills.-Very good understanding of SFAS 109 and FIN 48, and experience in a multi-national corporate environment is a plus  Contact UsManagement Recruiters of Elgin, Inc. 472 N.
