POSITION DETAILS

We are searching for the right candidate to join our team as an Accounts Payable Administrator for our Corporate Office located in Scottsdale, AZ.

 

Primary objectives of this position are:

To process all invoices for prompt payment per the Accounts Payable Schedule as required to ensure ongoing success of local activities.

Primary responsibilities: Provide various administrative support specific to Finance DepartmentReflect a professional and friendly environmentAssist with the production of special projectsMaintain high level of internal and external customer serviceProcess invoices and checksMaintain supplier database including insuranceCorrespond with vendors/subcontractors and project a/p team membersResponsible for bank transmittals and check researchMaintain A/P & JE files

Qualifications: High school degreeTwo years office/administrative experienceExcellent computer skills, including knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task
