Location: ARYour location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend Controller needed for a rapidly growing aviation maintenance and repair facility located in Arkansas.  This well established company services key customers that include Delta Air Lines, US Airways, SkyWest Airlines and Air Tran.  According to the senior management team, plans are in motion to more than double the size of this privately owned operation which has been profitable from the first year of operations.Position The controller will direct the financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management.   This role will be responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. The position involves supervision of an accountant and will be responsible for general accounting, property accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting, and budgetary controls.  Requirements Only candidates with recent job costing experience will be considered MRO experience is highly desired Hands-on controllership experience in $10MM-$25MM environment Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting Bank relations Implementation of best practices CPA not required but a plus Proficiency with ERP systems and the preparation of spreadsheets Competitive salary and benefits.   Relocation offered.
