About the Position:
They are currently seeking an experienced Controller with manufacturing experience to join their team of professionals. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5-7 years of experience in a CPA firm and 5-7 years of experience at 1 or 2 manufacturing companies as the Controller (Divisional or Corporate). Experience in standard costing, expertise in MS Excel (pivot tables and v-lookup), experience working with Epicore ERP software, as well as good contract review and negotiating skills are required.

· Balance Sheet & Income Statement Accuracy
· Cash Planning and Management
· Bank Reconciliation
· Management Reporting
· Lead Accounting and IT staff
· Physical Inventory Strategy and Execution
· Bank Compliance and Relationship Manager
· CPA Firm Relationship Manager
· Equity Partner Tax and Financial Planning Support
· Member of Executive Management Team
· Contract Management
· Legal Liaison
· Cost Accounting and Margin Analysis
 
Location:
This position is based in Maywood, CA.
 
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive compensation package. Salary is based on experience.
