Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Tax, Finance or related field. Current CPA license. Minimum five years experience in Public Accounting required. At least two years experience as a manager supervising professionals is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms to enhance client understanding. Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, coordinating others' work and completing work within tight deadlines. Proficient in using technology to accomplish tasks and manage engagements. CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) a plus, but not required. CIRA (Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor) a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities: Provide leadership within the firm, both in technical knowledge and staff direction. Consistently demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent client service, leading by example and holding others accountable to maintaining the company culture of placing our client's needs and goals at the center of each project. Ensure established growth targets are achieved. Initiate business development meetings and events that represent the firm positively. Demonstrate consultative sales and service skills with clients and effectively present ideas and services to clients that result in additional service. Provide timely high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
