 Commission Administrator

This position is also a staff-support function, which will require supporting additional projects as needed including but not limited to audit of commission tables, processing and controls, value added participation in system enhancement discussions and testing, interface with Yellowpages.com internal customers and Commissions department to ensure timely and accurate updates to commission processing system for activity loads, markets, pricing and changes to interfaced systems. 

 Responsibilities: Calculate monthly commissions for expanding sales force in accordance with current incentive plan in an accurate and timely manner Prepare and distribute commission related reports to Sales team and Senior management Analyze and report on commissions earned in relation to key operating metrics (sales, gross profit, etc.) Research and prepare commission related adjustments; respond to accounting and sales force inquiries and complete special projects as requested Assist with developing a process for more efficiently calculating, recording and reporting sales compensation Assist in preparing summary commission spreadsheet and submit to payroll/A/P in a timely manner. Manual adjustments to the base commissions on an as needed basis. (eg. errors in system & monthly adjustments) Calculate quarterly management bonuses (special payouts) based on current program and submit for payment Maintain sales reps and products database within the custom commissions program Response to commissions and bonus inquiries

  Minimum Requirements: :

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Prior commission experience
