Collections Supervisor
A prominent law firm located in the Financial District is seeking a strong collections supervisor with 5 plus years of accounting experience in accounts receivables. The ideal candidate must have solid organizational and communication skills interacting with clients as well as attorneys to resolve billing, collections or financial disputes. This position requires overseeing and managing the reporting structure of billing and working timekeeper level, cash receipts to ensure accurate posting of funds and forecasting daily collections of aged account receivables on a monthly basis. Experience with Elite or CMS software is highly preferred. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is a STRONG plus. Management experience of 2 plus years is desired.
