Client Accounting Coordinator

Rare and exciting opportunity for a General Manager in central Arkansas! This lucrative, high-level position will manage the total start-up, construction, and production for our client’s latest facility. The General Manager will be held accountable for safety operations, company profits, and overall productivity of the business.

Additional duties include:

1.) Direct, hands-on management of all construction and engineering activities, plus client sales management and creation of long-term business strategies 

2.) Hiring and managing facility employees

3.) Monitoring environmental health and safety activities

4.) Interacting with operations employees and Geologists to determine future facility growth plan is mapped and vendor delivery needs will be met

Requirements include:

1.) Master’s degree

2.) Minimum 10-plus years experience in a general management or other supervisory capacity specifically in completions operations or at a mining or aggregate facility

3.) E&P, CPG or manufacturing experience may be helpful

4.) Superior project and client management skills with experience managing hourly and salaried employees
