CPA is a must.  Former Big 4 background highly preferred.  MUST be fluent English and Mandarin (read, write, and speak).  Wall Street capital market connections and business connections in China is a huge plus. The CFO role is responsible for financial and accounting management for company and its subsidiaries in China including U.S. GAAP financial statements for SEC filings, 404 internal control and communication with wall street analysts and institutional investors. Candidates must have experience with SEC financial reporting requirements.  Will be involved in business development, client services, process improvement, and marketing.  Approximately 25% travel to China.
