CFO POSITION

 

TheCFO is responsible for all finance in the company plus HR and facilities. Inaddition, the CFO will partner with the CEO for the company’s strategy anddirection. The CFO will play a key role in negotiating the major transactionswith customers, channels, technology and manufacturing partners. The CFO willdrive all financing events for Element Labs including any acquisitions and/oran IPO.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Candidateshould have at least 15 years of experience in finance including a successfultrack record as a CFO and/or VP of finance for a large business. Priorexperience should include start-up environments, ideally ones which establishedthe necessary infrastructure to scale to profitable growth. Some internationaltravel will be required a couple times a year. CPA is a requirement. IPO andM&A experience are a plus.
