BUSINESS SERVICES CONSULTANT$81,780 - $101,304 AnnuallyBenefit Package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, CalPERS (2.5 % @ age 55) The Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is currently seeking experienced individuals to conduct fiscal monitoring of school districts and/or non-profit agencies to ensure their financial solvency. The Business Services Consultant plans, organizes and provides consulting, analysis, and planning support services on fiscal issues to an assigned group of school districts and/or non-profit agencies.  Duties include the analysis of financial, revenue, expenditure and enrollment projections, and providing liaison services between LACOE and the school districts and/or non- profit agencies.  Current vacancies are in the Division of Head Start State Preschool and in the Division of Business Advisory Services.  Minimum requirements: Four years of experience in business or financial analysis involving budgeting, financial forecasting and financial trend analysis and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, or a closely related field, from an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accreditation association recognized by the Council for Higher Education.
