Billing Specialist
Burson-Marsteller seeks an experienced individual to prepare client billing in a fast-paced finance department. Individual will understand and set up contracts following company guidelines and policies, monitor contract budget and interface with client leaders on invoices.  Biller will run draft invoices, make changes from client leaders’ editing, get final approval and send out. Individual will also need to learn and understand compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

 

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
Will have a BA/BS and 3+ years related experience in a professional services environment (legal, consultancy, public relations preferred). Knowledge of Excel a must and Oracle-based accounting software is a plus. The ideal candidate is organized, takes initiative, has great follow through, is a detail oriented self-starter and possesses superior oral and written communication skills. Other requirements include the ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet tight deadlines. Flexibility with overtime is essential.
