Are you an experience Billing Manager looking for a fresh, fast paced opportunity? Have you handled large billing accounts in the 50 million dollar range? We are currently looking for candidates with billing experience for a permanent position with a local full-service sales and leasing company located in Chehalis, WA. The client is a top independent provider of prefabricated commercial and mobile and modular buildings servicing the West Coast since 1983. Job Description: Process initial invoices Maintain billing binder, including customer purchase orders/contracts Add/remove insurance penalty fee to/from billing as necessary Process returns on a weekly basis Bill out all service calls and billable charges on a daily Maintain filing/Back up for A/P, A/R as needed Reconcile rental billing from Quickbooks and File Maker Pro monthly Other duties as assigned by Management Required Skills: Well organized Ability to handle volume accounts and multi-task Detail Oriented Good Phone and written communication skills Team Player Computer Skills – Excel, Word, QuickBooks Pro All qualified applicants MUST have previous experience in a fast, paced, high volume environment.
