Billing Coordinator
Wahlstrom Group is a growing, full service directional marketing agency servicing Fortune 500 clients. We provide clients with an integrated group of solutions specific to online advertising – specifically Search Engine Marketing and Internet Yellow Pages.
We currently have an excellent entry-level opportunity for a Billing Coordinator in our Norwalk, Connecticut office.
Responsibilities Include: Identify and report variances between tear sheets and invoice by verifying each line item.Verify accuracy of listing by reviewing the proof of performance (tear sheets).Capture all applicable discounts (early pay, earned rate, repeat, etc.) to which the client is entitled by analyzing invoice.Resolve variances and process invoices for payment to publishers by disbursing checks or forwarding to client for disbursement.Contact publishers when additional information is required. Complete month end production statistics reports by client for use by manager.Keying and coding Publisher Billing into appropriate system to allow for prompt payment of publisher invoices, avoiding late fees or penalties.Open, date, and sort mail for Pay TeamAny and all duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Requires ability to perform duties specifically related to the invoice auditing process.Must posses analytical thinking and problem solving skills.Must be quality-oriented with strong attention to detail.Entry-level position- accounts payable experience, helpful but not requiredMicrosoft Excel or equivalent and 10-key experience expertise.PC familiarity and Microsoft Word skills.
