Billing/Collections Coordinator
Summary:
Leading Law Firm in Orange County has immediate opening in our Accounting Department for an experienced Billing/Collections Coordinator.
In this role you will assist with billing, E-Billings, collection calls, reports for clients and internal office, daily cash receipts, assist with bank reconciliations and special projects as needed.
The candidate must have at a minimum 3-5 years experience in general accounting, strong data base knowledge and computer knowledge in an SQL environment, ProLaw software a plus and must have strong working knowledge of Excel.
