PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Understand audit and accounting concepts. Perform audit procedures, including review of client financial statements. Plan and direct daily fieldwork of staffApply technical skills and prepare and draft client financial statements for management reviewManage client responsibilities and proactively and effectively communicate progress with client and engagement managementProvide engagement management with preliminary research on technical issues Supervise staff and provide on-the-job trainingDevelop cooperative relationships with other team members, effectively delegate tasks, and provide staff with guidance and training Conduct timely performance evaluations of staff and provide performance feedback and training

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify, candidates must have:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, plus 3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firmCPA license or sufficient course work to achieve CPA certification Strong quantitative and analytical capabilitiesExcellent communication skills (oral and written) are required, as well as excellent supervisory and project management skills
