Audit Manager / Senior Manager with a clear growth path towards equity in a Top 25 San Diego Area CPA Firm.

Job Description: Responsible for the supervision and management of the engagement, including business planning, budgeting, scheduling and selection of staff. Oversee multiple engagements. Responsible for resolving all issues that arise during the engagement.
Qualifications: All candidates MUST have the following experiences:Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Accounting. Current and valid CPA license. Should be member in good standing with AICPA. Minimum of 8 years in public accounting. Conducted and managed audits of financial statements. Internal controls over financial reporting, agreed upon procedures and other attest related services. Solid record of demonstrated career achievements and academic excellence. The individual will be a highly motivated CPA with experience in audit and/or tax. Real Estate and/or manufacturing accounting experience preferred. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) required. Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management. A commitment to exceptional client service and a flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity is a must.
