Due to promotion, they seek an articulate, analytical, dynamic leader to mentor staff and safeguard assets. You will oversee a staff of 7 in the preparation of financial and management reporting packages. Position manages the budgeting and forecasting process and all related analysis of variances and their commentaries. You will ensure that all processes (accounting and technical) and procedures remain current and ongoing improvements are implemented. You will prepare the department for annual audits and for all financial closes. Furthermore you will assist in the hiring, development of staff and their appraisals.
