Location Carlsbad CAJob Responsibilities -Manage day to day operations of various corporate accounting department activities.-including preparation / review of various account reconciliations and consolidated reporting schedules and analysis.- Ensure transactions adhere to accounting policies and GAAP and appropriate documentation is prepared to support management's accounting positions under Sarbanes-Oxley.- Provide accounting leadership and personnel development to accounting staff to ensure processes are performed timely and efficiently on a global scale.-Support executive management on complex strategic opportunities, accounting analysis and position papers including project plans to create process improvements to meet growing global operations.Experience/Skills Required -BS in accounting-CPA license-public accounting experience, Big 4 preferred-6-8 years of relevant technical, public company accounting experienceEducation Requirements BA/BSTravel Required Up to 10 percentUS Citizenship Required?
