The Assistant Business Office Manager position will provide support and leadership to our Brier Oak on Sunset facility.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Two to three years accounting and/or auditing experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Long-term healthcare business office experience preferred
Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing required
Responsibilities will include:
Manage facility business office function for skilled nursing facility.
Ensure that facility business offices are operating efficiently and effectively and systems of internal control are in place and operating satisfactorily.
Ensure that cash flow is maximized and company collections and accounts receivable standards are met.
