Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for daily administration and general HR duties.

Maintain accurate accounting records for accounting Service Company.

Prepare quarterly budget and arrange cash flow from headquarter.

Carry out import and export activities.

Prepare monthly management report for headquarter.

Ah Hoc project as assigned by Group head office.

 

Requirements: Bachelor with 2-3 year's relative working experience good PC skills and proficiency in Excel Good command of both spoken & written English and Bilingual in Chinese is welcome Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and self-motivation Good knowledge of US taxation, accounting rules and regulations

The working location is at San Gabriel, Los Angeles.
