Job duties would be but are not limited to coordinate and arrange high volume meetings and maintain calendars and schedules. Make and receive calls, maintaining email distribution lists and appointment calendars, prepare routine confidential correspondence and reports as well as processing and tracking invoices, timekeeping, expense reports and credit card expenditures and other general office duties.
