Responsibilities include coordinating all functions related to revenue recognition, billing, certification vendors and conference attendees, accounts receivable, collections/credit, assisting in semi-monthly payroll, inputting entries, and reconciling balance sheet accounts for A/R and deferred revenue. Requirements include bookkeeping experience or A/R, payroll knowledge, and proficient with computer systems. Must be a strong communicator, team oriented, and have a proven track record of success.
