Accounts Receivable - Collections

Large distribution company in Rocklin is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist on a temp to direct hire basis to join there established team. This individual will be responsible for data entry and processing cash applications, reconcile lock box and commercial collections. May be required to conduct research of customer remittance information to resolve discrepancies. This candidate must be self-motivated, have strong communication and verbal skills, and work well in a fast paced high-pressure work environment. Must have 10-key by touch and intermediate knowledge of Excel. Individual must be able to manage lots of data cells, create worksheets and filters, and change formula's. Knowledge of Pivot tables and v-lookups is a plus. This client is looking for a committed individual whom is looking for a stable career.
