Accounts Receivable Clerk/Collections with Large Manufacturing Company
A large stable retail manufacturing company is in need of an experienced A/R/Credit/B2B Collections Coordinator.
The A/R Credit and Collections Coordinator must have a background in Accounts Receivables, Credit and Collections commercial (B to B), and have an Accounting background.
Responsibilities Include: High volume- High Volume Process payment – Cash application Notify and contact customer and agencies to secure cash in advance payments Monthly reporting Issue various correspondence applicable to past due account Reconciliation of customers accounts Research and identify customer deductions and work to clear Liaison between customer service and customers in settling disputes Contact bank, trade and credit associations to obtain credit references
Computer skills - Proficient in most window applications
Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
AR/Collections Coordinator must have Excel proficiency.
