Accounts Receivable - Billing

Furnished Quarters, a major NY furnished housing provider has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable/Billing in our Connecticut office.

The individual will be responsible for the following:

-Run Pre Billing report- run any invoices that need to be processed for the time frame of the report.

-Cleanings- Post completed cleanings to the tenant ledgers and create invoice

-Run daily task report- Cable upgrade, Cancellations, HSI, Rate changes, special request

-Charge Credit Cards Daily Early Move Outs, HSI, Rate Changes, Special Requests.

-Process all check and wire payments for all profit centers.

-Apply credits to client’s ledgers when necessary for early move outs, problems, etc.

-Post overages from third party vendors and charge tenant ledgers.

-Run monthly batch invoicing and send out invoices by email to clients.

-Assist Clients with questions/concerns during their stay.

 

 

Job requirements:

 

-Entry level AR/billing experience

-Knowledge of Excel preferred
-Excellent Organizational and Communications both verbal and written
-Excellent customer service skills and problem solving abilities
-Ability to multitask
