Ensure refund payment is processed and mailed in a timely manner. Instruct the property staff of the policy of sending these files to the Collection Agency 30 days after move-out should a payment not be made    - Produce and review daily reports for online payments, analyze and post return items entries and communicate such activity to various corporate team members    - Post and review all IMT employee rent check payments, Collection Agency, and Miscellaneous checks    - Correct all erroneous entries while instructing the field staff how to avoid similar occurrences.
