We offer opportunities to manage exceptional properties with outstanding career growth potential and excellent benefits including great healthcare coverage.Integrity, excellence, respect, communication, professional development, and teamwork - that's who we are, and we look forward to adding qualified Property Managers to our growing team of professionals.Job Duties: - Ensure controls are operating as intended by performing a review of a variety of A/R system reports - Process all SODA (move-out) documentation for accuracy and commit within the legal timeframes associated with each region. Ensure refund payment is processed and mailed in a timely manner. Instruct the property staff of the policy of sending these files to the Collection Agency 30 days after move-out should a payment not be made - Produce and review daily reports for online payments, analyze and post return items entries and communicate such activity to various corporate team members - Post and review all IMT employee rent check payments, Collection Agency, and Miscellaneous checks - Correct all erroneous entries while instructing the field staff how to avoid similar occurrences.
