Accounts Payable Project Assistant Summary
This is a contract position starting by August 18th and it expected to last up to one year.

Our client is a well-known Fortune 100 company located in Fort Myers, Florida. Their financial services division is in need of a contractor to start ASAP.

Accounts Payable Project Assistant Duties  Support Accounts Payable. Help drive and improve timely invoice resolution. Involve with invoice tracking and analysis, review of Purchase Orders using on-line applications, extensive work inExcel and Oracle (spreadsheets and email). (Majority of time for this position will be on the computer.)Communicate with buyers, AP personnel and team members.Hands-on training with expectations to work transactions independently after 2 weeks or lessImport on-line information into spreadsheets for future analysis.  Daily tracking to ensure follow-up and metrics reportingDirecting effective email inquiries

 


Essential Accounts Payable Project Assistant Skills & CharacteristicsStrong knowledge of Excel and Outlook Software proficiency, good keyboard/typing skillsAble to work within multi-programs simultaneouslyFamiliar with web and web-enabled applicationsOracle knowledge is a plusShould have at least 3 years experience in Finance, AP, Purchasing / Sourcing or account reconciliationU.S. citizenship is requiredDrug test and background check are required
