Accounts Payable Associate - Issue Resolution

You’ll work side-by-side with people you can trust and respect!Help PFG / Vistar be a leader in the Food Distribution industry by doing your part as an Accounts Payable Associate responsible for researching and resolving problematic vendor invoices in a centralized, high-volume AP environment supporting multiple US locations.As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be cross-trained to perform tasks associated with the mailroom and invoice scanning and indexing using the document imaging system, ImageNow. The setting is a centralized, high-volume AP environment supporting multiple US locations. Job Responsibilities: Identify and take necessary steps to resolve problematic invoices; monitor workflow queues and route invoices for resolution; interface with vendors and internal customers to research and resolve problems; and escalate issues as appropriate.Required Experience: 4 pus years of Accounts Payable experience, ability to apply basic mathematical concepts, ability to read and interpret documents and research and solve problems. Attention to detail and prioritize work a must. Knowledge to a major ERP application (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Lawson, PeopleSoft) a plus.
