 The Accounting Recruiter will be responsible for our accounting recruiting needs. Will recruit, screen, and qualify candidates for particular accounting opportunities.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Exceptional recruiting knowledge and practices to bring in and secure accounting professionals. Ability to effectively multi-task and deliver high quality in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service and relationship skills. High achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals. In-depth knowledge of advanced sourcing and talent acquisition techniques, particularly relating to the accounting

 Requirements:

At least 2 years recent experience recruiting for accounting positions, preferably in low, mid and high level accounting positions. Professional demeanor and ability to mutli-task Goal oriented and results driven. Outstanding customer service ability.
