Accounting Clerk

This position plays an integral role in Ashley Furniture Industries future success in meeting our customers’ needs and our continued growth.

Essential Functions: Balance cash accounts daily Send international and domestic money wires & print confirmations Move funds between bank accounts, fund payroll accounts, record case and auto debit transactions daily Make monthly and quarterly loan payments, sales tax payments, and prepare weekly cash deposit Scan all documentation into Onbase Maintain spreadsheets for all salary payroll employees Assist with general accounting/clerical tasks as needed

Necessary Skills and Abilities:Associate Degree in Acctg General office/accounting experience preferred Knowledge of excel, computer skills, and general ledger accounting Must be detail oriented, well organized, and be self-motivated
