Accounting Assistant for an Experiential Marketing Company
We are a unique Experiential Marketing company currently seeking an Accounting Assistant for our Accounting Department. This is an entry level position with excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field of accounting.
The candidate for this position must have the following characteristics:
· Experience and broad knowledge of accounting principles and systems
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
· Detail oriented, highly organized, very reliable, assertive and hard working
· Must possess good judgment and strong communication skills with peers and all levels of management.
· Strong knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Must be able to work in fast-paced environment including tight deadlines & stressful situations
· Goal Oriented and High energy
· Outstanding Leadership skills
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
