Accounts Payable/Accountant

 

We are looking for someone with an accounting degree who is an enthusiastic self-starter and who is willing to work hard to gain experience and grow with the company.  This is an entry level position for a recent college graduate.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Will interact with internal and external vendors in a friendly professional manner

• Will help to process 1099’s and have knowledge of the A/P cycle

• Accruals, month end process

• Filing, receiver and check matching and other miscellaneous tasks will be part of the job function

• Interfacing with materials in transit process

Job Experience: 

• Internship experience or recent College Graduate / Accounting Degree Required

• Prefer advanced use of Word, Excel 3
