Core ResponsibilitiesDeal with financial statements and miscellaneous confidential reportsProcess, scan and send information/financial statements as requestedKeep project/client data base current Coordinate billing/Invoices (compose drafts)Type drafts/letters/documents as instructedCreate Engagement Letters / Request Client codes / Set up new clientsManage/prioritize day-to-day workflowArrange meetings / handle calendarMake travel arrangements for partner/auditors as necessaryInteract with clients as necessaryAnswer telephones Sort mailAny other tasks or projects assigned by the Partner/Principal, or other authority figure
Essential Qualifications
5 - 7 years of related, professional services environment experience preferredSelf-starter, detail oriented, with high productivity; experience with multiple corresponding deadlinesTyping speed of 60+ WPM; 10-keyAdvanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. (Adobe Acrobat & PowerPoint a plus!)Strong communications skills (both verbal and written) and a clear speaking voiceHigh aptitude for numbers and basic mathEffective multi-tasking skillsAbility to learn and use new softwareTeam player attitude with proven people skills; ability to supervise the tasks of othersAvailability for seasonal overtime (particularly during audit busy-seasons)
