50,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD /year Status:   Full Time, Employee Job Category:   Accounting/Finance/Insurance Email resume to:   Apply by Email ACCOUNTING MANAGER ACCOUNTING MANAGER Manufacturing company seeks professionally dynamic individual to join our team.  The right individual will be responsible for hands on work and will oversee a small staff.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule. Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures. Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis. Prepare monthly account reconciliations. Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances. Assist with financial and tax audits. Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements. Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls. Other projects as assigned.  REQUIREMENTS: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and lead a growth department.  Hands on Full Cycle Accounting experience in a Manufacturing environment. Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. EDUCATION: BA/BS Degree in Accounting. MBA or CPA a plus. 3+ yrs accounting experience required.   SALARY 50 – 60K  Candidates meeting requirements submit resume to tbehal@snifinancial.com  Staffing Now/SNI Financial has 8 locations in South Florida.
