Seeking an experienced part time (up to 20 hours/week as needed) Accounting clerk who can be effective working in a fast-paced environment reviewing and preparing subcontractor invoices to be sent to accounts payable, logging invoice data into spreadsheets accurately, and using intermediate Excel skills to manipulate spreadsheet data for reports. Other related duties as assigned.QualificationsPosition requires flexibility, good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and high level of initiative. Other skills include Accounting experience, especially accounts payable. Intermediate Excel skills. 10-key speed of 8800 kph. and MS Outlook. Associates degree in Accounting a plus. Oracle experience a plus. Minimum high school degree and 5 years related experience.
