A/R - Collections/Customer Service Clerk

Become an Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Clerk and locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail or telephone. Your customer service expertise will help you receive payments and post past due amounts to customer's accounts. You will also prepare statements to credit departments if customers fail to respond and initiate repossession proceedings or service disconnections. Also help maintain the keeping records for collection and status of accounts.
